大型压铸设备模板温度场模拟与热力耦合的有限元分析
Temperature Field Simulation and Thermo-mechanical Coupled FEA of Mould Board for Large Die-casting Equipment
【摘要】 在压铸过程中设备模板温度场的分布,对压铸件质量、设备寿命、生产率等有重要影响。针对压铸的特点,在合理简化压铸传热过程的基础上,建立适合于数值模拟的压铸模具温度场数学模型以及求解压铸模具温度场的边界条件,分析压铸过程中模板不同部位的温度和应力状态,并进行模板结构优化,为压铸设备设计制造提供了依据。
【Abstract】 In die casting process,the distribution of temperature field of mould board of the die-casting equipment has significant effect on the die-casting quality,the service life of equipment and productivity.According to characteristics of die-casting,on the basis of reasonable simplification of the heat transferring process during die casting,the mathematical model for temperature field of die-casting mould board was established suitable for the numerical simulation and the boundary conditions used to solve temperature field of die-casting molds were determined.The temperature and stress state in different parts of mould board during die casting process were analyzed and the structure of the mould board was optimized,which provided basis for the design and manufacturing of die-casting equipment.
