基于AMESim的摊铺机振捣系统的仿真研究
Simulation Study on Tamper System of Asphalt Paver Based on AMESim
【摘要】 根据沥青混合料摊铺机振捣系统的工作原理,建立沥青混合料摊铺机振捣系统的AMES im仿真模型,设置模型中的主要参数并进行仿真。仿真结果表明:当在系统中加入蓄能器和PID控制后,系统的性能得到很大改善;系统的稳定性随振捣频率的增加而下降,当频率超过20 Hz时,系统的稳定性受到严重的影响。
【Abstract】 According to the operating principle of tamper system of asphalt paver,the simulation model of the tamper system of asphalt paver was established by AMESim.The main parameters of the model were set,and the simulation of the system was made.The simulation results show that the performance of system is improved when accumulator and PID controller are equipped.The stability of system goes bad with the increase in frequency of the tamper.The stability of system is badly affected when the frequency is more than 20 Hz.
