机床导轨平行度误差的精确评定
Date Processing of Parallelism Error for Guideway
【摘要】 建立机床导轨在给定方向上线对线平行度误差计算机数据处理系统,其基准符合最小条件法、最小二乘法、端点连线法。该系统可同时进行基准要素直线度误差和被测要素平行度误差的求解,并通过示意图反映出被测量的几何特征及评定准则的应用情况。最后用实例验证该系统的可行性。
【Abstract】 The date processing system of evaluating parallelism error for line to line at given direction on guideway were established which standards met with minimal condition,least square and two endpoints line three methods.The system could be used to solve the straightness and parallelism error of standard factor at the same time,and the geometry characteristics being measured and the application of evaluation criterion were shown with diagrammatic view.The testing results show that the system is feasible.
