基于有限元分析技术的TK6926数控落地铣镗床滑枕变形补偿量研究
Research on Deformation Compensation for Square Ram of TK6926 CNC Floor Type Boring & Milling Machine Based on FEM Technology
【摘要】 在TK6926数控落地铣镗床滑枕变形补偿设计中引入以有限元方法和分析理论为基础的CAE分析及优化设计方法,在样机试制之前对滑枕性能及滑枕变形补偿量进行定性及定量的预测及评估分析,为滑枕变形量数控补偿技术提供依据,为提高该机床的加工精度、提升机床产品质量提供有效方法及手段。
【Abstract】 The CAE analysis and optimizing design method based on FEM method and analysis theory were introduced into deformation compensation of the square ram of TK6926 CNC floor type boring & milling machine.The performance and the deformation compensation quantity of the square ram were predicted and evaluated with analysis in determined nature and quantity before trial-manufacturing of the sample machine.It provides basis for the square ram deformation compensation technology,and provides effective method for improving the machining precision and product quality of the machine.
