基于直动式数字阀的电液静力加载系统研究
Research on Electro-hydraulic Static Loading System Based on Direct-acting Digital Valve
【摘要】 结构静力试验是研究复杂工程构件静特性的重要手段,是鉴定产品结构的设计静强度的主要方法。电液伺服静力加载系统是进行静力试验的关键设备。设计一种基于直动式数字阀的电液力伺服加载系统,采用了直动式数字伺服阀与经典PID控制相结合,提高了系统的加载精度与动态响应速度,取得了比较好的实验效果。
【Abstract】 Static test of complex engineering components is an important means of researching static characteristics and the main method to identify product structure static strength.Electro-hydraulic static servo loading system is the key equipment of static testing.An electro-hydraulic servo loading system based on direct-action digital valve was designed.The combination of direct-acting digital servo valve and classical PID control improved the system accuracy and dynamic response speed,and better experimental effect was achieved.
