面向知识工程的产品设计评价系统

【摘要】 为了在设计评价系统中将产品设计、协同评价、知识管理有效集成,将基于知识的工程(Knowledge Based Engi-neering,KBE)技术引入到评价系统的设计中,构建基于J2EE技术的体系结构,采用面向对象的方法进行建模,在模型中将评价指标体系、知识BOM和产品生命周期的各种BOM有效整合,使用UML中的类图描述其数据关系特征,给出系统评价的自适应算法模型。在此基础上开发了基于KBE的设计评价系统。通过实例,描述系统的运行模式,验证系统的可行性和实用性。

【Abstract】 To integrate product design,collaborative evaluation and knowledge management into evaluation system of products design,knowledge based engineering(KBE) was introduced into the design process of the system.The system structure was constructed based on J2EE technology.The model was established by object-oriented method,which integrated the evaluation index system,knowledge BOM and various BOM in product lifecycle.Its data relationships were described by class diagram of UML.The adaptive algorithm model of system evaluation was presented.On this basis,the design evaluation system based on KBE was developed.The running mode of the system was described and its feasibility and practicality were verified by examples.
