硒钴肥基施对增强苜蓿防病能力的影响

【摘要】 根据河南省草业生产的需要,针对苜蓿常见病进行了硒钴配施研究,通过田间试验研究硒钴配合肥料在基施的情况下对紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativaL.)防病能力的影响,探索通过合理施用微肥促进苜蓿草产品绿色生产的途径。试验结果表明:硒钴配合基施对苜蓿的锈病、普通叶斑病、夏季黑茎病有明显的抑制作用,而且效果主要表现在开花-结实期,在硒的用量为76.5 g/hm2,钴的用量分别为76.2 g/hm2和157.2 g/hm2配合基施下,表现出良好的防病效果,生长季节内锈病的发病率分别降低24.7%和31.6%,叶斑病的发病率分别降低22.7%,25.2%、苜蓿夏季黑茎病的发病率分别降低19.0%、25.2%。另外,硒钴配施对预防根腐病也有一定的效果,当硒的用量在57 g/hm2,钴的用量在157.2 g/hm2的配施条件下,发病率平均降低19.8%,其中在结荚-成熟期防病效果最佳。

【Abstract】 According to current requirement ment of prataculture production in Henan province,a field experiment was conducted to study the effect of selenium and cobalt combined fertilizers on disease prevention of alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.) under the conditions of basal fertilization before sowing in order to promote green production of forage products of alfalfa.The results showed that selenium and cobalt combined basal fertilizer had great disease prevention effect on rust,brown spot,summer black stem and appeared more obvious effects in flowering-ripening stage.Under combined basal fertilization when application rate of selenium was 76.5 g/hm2,that of cobalt was 76.2 g/hm2 and 157.2 g/hm2 respectively,rust,brown spot,and summer black stem could be prevented effectively,and alfalfa rust could be decreased by 24.7% and 31.6% respectively,brown spot could be decreased by 25.2% and 22.7% respectively,summer black stem could be decreased by 25.2% and 19.0% respectively.Furthermore,selenium and cobalt combined basal fertilizer also had obvious preventing effect on root rot which could be decreased by 19.8% and showed more obvious effects in pods formation-ripening stage when selenium application rate being 57 g/hm2 and cobalt application rate being 157.2 g/hm2.
