【摘要】 通过对我国舰船动力基础科研现状的分析研究,对国外舰船动力基础科研和研发模式及其成功经验的综合分析,进行了我国舰船动力基础科研创新发展模式研究。从强化我国舰船动力基础科研创新发展模式着眼,在战略视域下研究提出我国舰船动力基础科研创新发展目标、方向、实施途径、发展措施等建议,研究可为国家实施舰船动力基础科研创新发展战略提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through analysis of domestic marine power research and development(R&D)and comprehensive analysis of oversea marine power R&D,development mode and successful experience,innovative development mode of domestic marine power R&D was investigated.In order to strengthen the innovative development mode of domestic marine power R&D,objective,direction,implement approach and measures of domestic marine power basic R&D innovative development were suggested in strategic sight.This research can provide consultation and reference for innovative development strategy of domestic marine power R&D.更多还原
