短期化学腐蚀作用下混凝土表面物理性能的变化

【摘要】 混凝土是一种极易受环境介质影响的材料。为了探索可敏锐检测短期内环境腐蚀介质对混凝土表层物理性能破坏的测试方法,利用冲击球压法研究了混凝土冲击荷载—压痕尺寸、冲击荷载—接触时间关系以及抗压强度比与腐蚀溶液pH值随腐蚀时间变化的特点。研究表明,混凝土冲击荷载—压痕尺寸及接触时间的曲线不会随着腐蚀的进行而变化,但是卸载结束后球头的受力状态和低荷载阶段的球头冲击状态却会随着腐蚀的进行而敏感变化。此外,结合上述结论得到的相同荷载水平下混凝土的动态硬度和恢复系数表明:在腐蚀前期,硫酸铵和酸溶液的混合腐蚀对混凝土表层物理性能的劣化起到重要作用。

【Abstract】 Concrete is the material which suffered from environmental medium easily.The relationships between impact load and radii of indentation,contact time and the characteristics between the ratio of compressive strength,variety of pH value in solution and corrosion time were investigated by sphere impact method in order to explore a testing method which could be used to estimate the surface mechanical properties of concrete after suffering from environmental medium in the short run.The results indicated that the curves between impact load and radii of indentation,contact time didn’t changed with the process of corrosion time.The status of load in sphere and the impact state in low load,however,changed sensitively with the process of corrosion.Furthermore,the dynamic hardness and coefficient of restitution of concrete in the same level of load suggested that the surface mechanical properties of concrete were degraded severely by the corrosion of ammonium and acid in the short time.
