脲醛树脂的改性研究
Modification of urea-formaldehyde resin
【摘要】 脲醛树脂具有原料来源广泛、成本低、初黏度大、黏结强度高等优点。但也存在耐水性差、稳定性差、耐久性差、不利于贮存和运输、粘度变化快、不宜连续涂胶、游离甲醛含量高、环境污染严重等缺陷。本文探讨了改进脲醛树脂胶的耐水性能、降低U F树脂毒性、改进耐老化性能及稳定性的方法。
【Abstract】 Raw material source urea-formaldehyde resin is widely,the cost is low,the bond strength at the beginning,the viscosity of higher advantages.But there are also water resistance poor,poor stability,poor durability against storage and transport,and the viscosity changes quickly,unfavorable continuous glue,free formaldehyde content high,the defects such as serious environmental pollution.This paper discusses the improvement of urea-formaldehyde resin glue water resistance,reduce the UF resin toxicity,improve aging performance and stability of the method.
