改性氨基磺酸盐高效减水剂在PHC管桩高强混凝土中的应用
Modified amino sulfonate superplasticizer in the PHC pile of high-strength concrete
【摘要】 通过对氨基磺酸盐高效减水剂进行改性,消除了原氨基磺酸盐高效减水剂在混凝土中引起泌水严重和影响混凝土凝结时间的问题。与掺加萘系高效减水剂混凝土相比,改性氨基磺酸系减水剂的混凝土拌合物的坍落度经时损失较小,无泌水现象,符合管桩混凝土的要求,掺加改性氨基磺酸系减水剂混凝土的抗压强度满足管桩混凝土的要求。
【Abstract】 Via the modifying of amino-sulfonate superplasticizer,the problems of bleeding and setting time in concrete caused by original amino-sulfonate superplasticizer are eliminated.The slump reduce of the concrete added with modified amino-sulfonate superplasticizer is smaller than the concrete added with naphthalene superplasticizer.Moreover,the concrete mixed with modified amino-sulfonate superplasticizer has non-bleeding phenomenon,meeting the requirement of compressive strength for preparing concrete pipe.
