装备综合保障工程技术与方法研究
Research of Technologies and Methods on Equipment Integrated Supportability System
【摘要】 综合保障工程涉及作战任务需求、装备设计和保障资源建设诸多方面,需要建立全系统全寿命管理体制,从大的方面将装备保障体系建设作为装备建设工作的重要组成部分,从型号的立项论证开始就重视装备的保障性论证,推行装备保障性系统工程,为装备迅速形成作战能力提供有效的工程方法。文章在充分研究国内外装备综合保障工程发展现状的基础上,指出当前我国装备综合保障方面的不足,对其相关技术进行了剖析,并以舰载某型装备为例设计综合保障系统方案。
【Abstract】 Equipment Integrated Supportability System(EISS) refers to the requirements of campaign missions,equipment designs,establishment of guarantee resources and so on.It needs to establish an overall life circle manage system.As an important part of equipment’s improvement,EISS will be paid more attention to form rapidly capacity of war-fighting from beginning.Based on the overseas and domestic research of development situation of EISS,this paper points out shortcomings of EISS in our country nowadays,and analyzes the related technologies.Meanwhile an EISS project on shipborne equipment is set up.
