入境旅客列车上152例发热病例的流行病学分析

【摘要】 目的调查分析入境旅客列车上发热病例的流行病学特征,探讨发热病例发病的特点,为防控传染病借铁路传入境内提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对管辖范围内入境旅客列车上报告的所有发热病例进行调查分析。结果 152例发热病例中17人确诊甲型H1N1流感,男女性别差异无统计学意义,20~岁组发热病例最多,以5月和7月病人数最多,8月甲型H1N1流感病例占同期发热病例的比例最高,所有病例均有香港或境外旅行史,没有来自非洲的甲型H1N1流感病例。临床表现中以发热症状为主。结论疫情初期列车乘务员通过测体温开展对入境旅客的甲型H1N1流感防控措施是有意义的,但还应关注旅客的旅行史,加强对列车乘务员的培训,提高乘务员识别病例的能力。

【Abstract】 Objective This study was conducted to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of cases of fever from international trains,to discuss the traits of fever cases,provide evidence for the prevention and control of infectious diseases spreading across borders of the country by railroad.Methods The epidemiological characteristics of all cases of fever from the international trains were investigated through descriptive epidemiology.Results 17 of 152 fever cases were diagnosed as influenza A(H1N1),no significant differences were found between male and female,more young cases aged 20-year-old group,more fever cases in May and July,and most percentage influenza A(H1N1) of fever cases in August.All cases had history of traveling outside or to Hongkong,no influenza A cases from Africa were found.Clinical symptom of fever was the most.Conclusions It is meaningful to prevent and control influenza A that travellers were measured body temperature by the train crew at the beginning of the epidemic,but travel history of outgoing passengers should be concerned,and the training of the train crew should be strengthened in order to enhance the ability of identifying cases.
