【摘要】 目的查明内蒙古锡林郭勒盟包虫病流行范围和程度,为包虫病防治工作决策提供科学依据。方法按照卫生部《包虫病防治技术方案》的要求。结果 2007-2010年锡林郭勒盟包虫病累计报告病例349例、人群患病率0.36%、儿童血清检测阳性率0.75%、抽检屠宰羊棘球绦虫感染率4.16%、采集犬粪检测粪抗原阳性率6.36%。结论通过4年先后在内蒙古锡林郭勒盟8个项目旗市实施的包虫病防治项目,其流行现状调查表明与我国其他6个包虫病防治项目省区比较属于低流行态势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out epidemic status of echinococcosis in Xi lin Guo le Meng,and provide scientific proof for decision-making on the Prophylaxis and Treatment of echinococcosis.Methods Sampling survey was made according to The Technical Solution on Prophylaxis and Treatment of echinococcosis.Result There were 349 cases of echinococcosis reported in Xi Lin Guo Le Meng from 2007 to 2010,with the prevalence rate of population as 0.36%,and the seroprevalence among children as 0.75%,sampling survey the sheep been butchered,to find out whether it was being infected by echinococcus, with infection rate as 4.16%,sampling survey the antigen in dung of dogs,with positive rate as 6.36%.Conclusion The program about Prophylaxis and Treatment of echinococcosis in Xi lin Guo Le Meng,distribute between 8 county(city),carrying out for four years.The survey show that the epidemic status of echinococcosis in Inna Mongolia is better than in other provinces which also doing the programs.更多还原
