【摘要】 目的为蒙药曼陀罗子质量标准的制定及开发利用提供依据。方法采用生药学的方法对蒙药曼陀罗子原植物形态特征、药材性状和显微鉴别及薄层鉴别进行了观察研究。结果首次系统阐明了蒙药曼陀罗子的生药学特性。结论为蒙药曼陀罗子的准确鉴别和质量控制提供了科学的依据和生药学资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide evidences for the quality control and the further development of Mongolian drug Semen Datura.Methods The pharmacognostic study of Mongolian drug Semen Datura was carried out.The identifications of original plant,the macroscopical and microscopic identifications,and TLC were applied to observe Semen Datura.Results The crude drug identification mark of Mongolian drug Semen Datura was described systematically for the first time.Conclusion The article provided scientific basis and pharmacognostic information for the identification and the quality standards of Mongolian drug Semen Datura.更多还原
