【摘要】 目的了解河北省唐县基层离退休干部的营养状况及慢性非传染性疾病的患病率和行为危险因素,为制订完善的干预方案提供依据。方法通过问卷调查和健康体检相结合的办法对唐县208名离退休干部进行调查分析。结果调查对象中普遍存在不良的生活习惯。营养状况评价发现:该人群中消瘦和贫血率低,分别为2.4%和1.0%;超重/肥胖比例较高,为61.5%。体检结果表明:208名离退休干部的体质指数及收缩压平均水平偏高,高血压、高血糖、高甘油三酯及高胆固醇血症的检出率分别为51.4%、14.4%、26.0%和28.4%。此外,被调查者的慢性病患病率为90.9%,并且有46.2%的人同时患有2种以上的慢性病。结论应该进一步加强对唐县离退休干部的健康教育和健康促进,使其养成正确的生活习惯和行为方式,从而防治慢性病,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the nutritional status of retired officials and the prevalence of chronic diseaes and related risk behaviors among them in Tangxian county,and provide evidence for improving intervention program.Methods The questionnire survey combined with health examination were conducted in 208 retired officials in Tangxian.Results The prevalence of unhealthy life style was high in the people surveyed.The nutritional status evaluation indicated that the rate of weight loss was 2.4% and anemia rate was 1.0%,but the overweight or obesity rate was 61.5%.The health examination found that the average levels of body mass index and systolic blood pressure were high and the detection rates of hypertension,hyperglycosemia,high triglycerides and high cholesterol were 51.4%,14.4%,26.0% and 28.4% respectively.The prevalence of chronic diseases was 90.9% and 46.2% of the people surveyed suffered from 2 more chronic diseases.Conclusion Health education and health promotion on healty life style and behaviors should be further strengthened among the elderly in Tangxian to prevent chronic disease and improve their life quality.更多还原
