【摘要】 目的了解目前北京市房山区超重与肥胖流行现状。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法,随机抽取北京市房山区18岁以上居民969人进行入户问卷调查。结果该人群超重率为38.7%、肥胖患病率为20.3%,高于全国平均水平,男性超重率明显高于女性。随着年龄的增长,超重率、肥胖率也随之增加。城市居民超重率、肥胖率均高于农村居民。结论目前房山区超重率、肥胖率与北京市水平一致,高于全国平均水平。因此,在社区人群中应大力倡导健康的生活方式和行为,及早控制体重,特别是城市中老年人群。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the prevalence of overweight and obesity in Fangshan district in Beijing.MethodsThe household questionnaire survey was conducted among 969 residents aged ≥18 years in Fangshan selected randomly by multi stage stratified samplings.Results The prevalence rates of overweight and obesity in this population were 38.7% and 20.3%,which were higher than the national average levels.The prevalence rate of overweight was obviously higher in males than in females.The prevalence rates of overweight and obesity increased with age and were higher in urban area than in rural area.Conclusion The prevalence of overweight and obesity in Fangshan were similar to other districts in Beijing,but higher than the national average levels.It is necessary to promote healthy life style and behavior in the community population to prevent and control of overweight,especially in urban middle aged and elderly population.更多还原
