改性聚硅氧烷/聚氨酯弹性体的阻尼性能研究

【摘要】 将异氰酸酯硬段引入聚硅氧烷(PDMS)链中合成改性聚硅氧烷(M-PDMS),采用不同相对分子质量的聚乙二醇(PEG)和2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)合成聚氨酯预聚体(PUP),通过交联聚合进行网络互穿,制备了改性聚硅氧烷/聚氨酯弹性体(M-PDMS/PUE)。讨论了PEG相对分子质量、M-PDMS/PUP质量比对材料阻尼性能和形态结构的影响。结果表明,M-PDMS/PUP互穿网络材料的阻尼性能良好,阻尼因子在0.2~0.7之间。当采用聚乙二醇Mn为1500、M-PDMS/PUP质量比为60∶40时,低频(振动频率f=1~10 Hz)下材料的阻尼因子最大值(tanδmax)为0.72。用扫描电镜(SEM)对材料微观结构的观察显示,分散相与连续相的结合程度即互穿程度对材料阻尼性能造成了较大影响。

【Abstract】 The modified polysiloxane(M-PDMS)was synthesized by leading the hard segment of isocyanate into polysiloxane(PDMS) chain.Using polyethylene glycol(PEG)and 2,4-TDI of different relative molecular mass to synthesize polyurethane prepolymer(PUP),making interpenetrating network via crosslinking polymerization,the modified polysiloxane/polyurethane elastomer(M-PDMS/PUE) was prepared.The influence of PEG relative molecular mass and M-PDMS/PUP mass ratio on the damping performance and morphology of material was researched.The result showed that M-PDMS/PUP interpenetrating network material damping performance was well,with damping factor between 0.2~0.7.The damping factor peak value was 0.72 when polyethylene glycol Mn was 1500,M-PDMS/PUP mass ratio was 60 ∶40,frequency was low(shake frequency f=1~10 Hz).Using scanning electron microscope(SEM),the observation on material microstructure showed that the dispersed phase and continuous phase bonding degree which was interpenetration degree caused the great influence on damping property of the material.
