【摘要】 研究了直接热等静压成形、两种制度热处理的FGH4097全尺寸大型盘件的组织性能,并结合EP741NP合金进行了对比分析。结果表明,淬火冷却速度和时效方式影响γ′相、二次碳、硼化物的形貌、尺寸和分布。从盘的边缘到中心γ′相形貌、尺寸存在差别;对室温冲击性能影响不大;拉伸强度边缘稍大于中心,但中心塑性高于边缘;650℃下的持久性能心部高于边缘。两种制度热处理盘中γ′相和间隙相的不同匹配决定其各自达到所需的综合力学性能。

【Abstract】 The microstructures and properties of FGH4097 alloy full-size large discs, taking as-HIP and two kinds of heat treatment process were studied and compared with EP741 NP alloy. The results show that, the quenching cooling rate and aging processes influence the precipitation morphology, size and distribution of γ′ phase, secondary carbides and borides The morphology and size of γ′ phase are different from the rim to the hub of discs, but the effect on the impact properties at room temperature is little. The tensile strength of the rim is higher than that of the wheel hub, but the ductility of the hub is higher. The creep rupture at 650℃ of the wheel hub is higher than that of the rim.. The good comprehensive mechanical properties are depended by different match between γ′ phase and interstitial phase in the discs subject to these two kinds of heat treatment process.
