时效处理对FGH4096合金的显微组织和拉伸性能的影响
Effect of Aging Treatment on Microstructure and Tensile Property of FGH4096 PM Super Alloy
【摘要】 研究了不同时效温度和时效时间对FGH4096合金显微组织和力学性能的影响,结果表明:在时效温度为760℃时,随着时效时间从16h延长到24h,合金中的γ’相尺寸基本保持不变,合金的强度保持稳定,随着时效时间进一步延长到32h,合金的强度呈现降低趋势;在时效温度升高到780℃和800℃时,合金中的γ’相发生了较明显的粗化,合金的拉伸强度表现出较明显的下降。
【Abstract】 Effect of aging treatment on microstructure and tensile property of FGH4096 PM superalloy was investigated and analyzed.The result showed that γ’-phase size and tensile strength maintain stable with aging time holding from 16 hours to 24 hours at 760℃ aging temperature, while as aging time delayed to 32 h at 760℃, γ’-phase coarsened and tensile strength decreased notably.At 780℃and 800℃ aging temperature, γ’-phase coarsened and tensile strength decreased apparently during aging treatment process.
