K487铸造高温合金氩弧焊接头的组织和性能研究
Study on Microstructure and properties of K487 Argon Tungsten-Arc Welding Welding Joint
【摘要】 研究了铸造高温合金K487合金氩弧焊接头的显微组织和拉伸性能。结果表明:K487合金氩弧焊接头的室温屈服强度为740MPa,达到了本体试样强度的94.6%。K487合金氩弧焊焊接接头部位晶粒大小和枝晶间μ相分布和母材基本一致,在晶界及枝晶析出物附近γ’相大于基体中的γ’相。K487合金氩弧焊接头断裂方式为韧窝断裂。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and properties of K487 argon tungsten-arc welding welding joint has been investigated.The results show that the yield strength at room temperature of K487 argon tungsten-arc welding welding joint is about 740 MPa, the 94.6% of the base metal.The grain size and distribution of the carbide and μphase are the same as base metal. The diameter of γ’ phase near the carbide and μphase of the welding joint is about 110 nm, bigger than base metal. The fractograph exhibited typical ductile dimple fracture pattern.
