P对高温固溶水淬态IN706合金组织及拉伸性能的影响

【摘要】 通过对不同P含量IN706合金固溶水淬态组织、室温拉伸、650℃拉伸及室温显微硬度的研究,探讨了P在IN706合金晶内的作用。结果表明,随着P含量的增加,合金组织无明显变化,拉伸性能及室温显微硬度增加,证明了P对IN706合金晶内具有强化作用。

【Abstract】 Phosphorus is a surface active element which tends to be segregated on the grain boundaries. For this reason, phosphorus is believed to have marked effect on grain boundaries while little effect on the γ matrix. In order to investigate this issue, the microstructure and tensile strength of IN 706 alloy with different content of phosphorus were studied in the paper. The results showed that phosphorus exhibited little effect on the microstructure, but increased the tensile strength at room temperature and 650 ℃, and the hardness at room temperature. It was determined that phosphorus can strengthen the matrix.
