GH4169G合金工业铸锭铸态组织研究
Investigation of the As-Cast Microstructure of GH4169G Ingot
【摘要】 研究了P、B微合金化GH4169G合金Ф508mm工业铸锭的铸态组织,结果表明:合金铸锭中无黑斑和白斑等冶金缺陷,组织均匀。合金铸态组织中除析出常见的MC碳化物,Laves相,δ相外,还析出硼化物相。文章分析了合金的枝晶组织特征,以及P、B等合金元素的分布规律。
【Abstract】 The as-casting microstructure of GH4169 G φ508 mm ingot was investigated in this paper. The ingot possesses a homogeneous microstructure free from " freckles" and "white spots". Besides the normal precipitations of Laves, δ and MC carbide, the B-bearing phase is existed at the edge of Laves particles. The dendritic structure is analyzed, as well as the segregation of the alloying elements including P and B.
