工业生产GH4169G合金棒材和盘锻件的组织性能
Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of GH4169G Forging Billet and Disc
【摘要】 研究了工业生产GH4169G合金棒材和盘锻件的组织和力学性能。采用(VIM+VAR)工艺冶炼了直径508 mm的GH4169G合金铸锭,冶金质量良好。锻造的棒材组织均匀,晶粒度为ASTM5-7级,具有良好的拉伸和持久性能。直接时效盘锻件晶粒度为ASTM10级以上,组织均匀。盘锻件的持久和蠕变性能十分优异,680℃拉伸和680℃/700 MPa持久性能满足GH4169合金650℃技术条件要求。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and mechanical properties of GH4169 G billet and forging disc have been investigated in this paper. The GH4169 G ingot with 508 mm diameter was produce by VIM plus VAR. The forged billet with 250 mm diameter exhibits a grain structure of ASTM 5-7, and good tensile and stress rupture properties. The direct aging forging disc has a fine grain structure of ASTM10-12, and excellent stress rupture and creep resistant properties. In addition, the 680 ℃ tensile properties and 680 ℃/700 stress rupture properties meet the specification of GH4169 alloy at 650 ℃.
