【摘要】 为了研究凸轮机构在高速运转时出现的动力学问题,以LabWindows/CVI虚拟仪器开发工具和RTX实时系统为平台,设计了一个高速凸轮测试系统。该系统以工控机和数据采集卡为主要硬件,使用RTX实时系统采集数据,采样周期达到0.1 ms,利用LabWindows/CVI开发的虚拟仪器对数据进行分析处理、显示及存储。通过对系统的测试和评估,该系统稳定、可靠,为高速凸轮机构动态性能的研究提供了一个有效的实验工具。

【Abstract】 Based on LabWindows/CVI virtual instrument software and RTX real-time system platform,a high-speed cam test system is designed to research the dynamic problems of high-speed cam gear,which utilizes industrial personal computer(IPC) and data acquisition card as the main hardware.This system makes good use of RTX real-time system to acquire data,sampling period of which can reach 0.1 ms,and takes advantage of virtual instrument to analyze,display and save data,which is developed by LabWindows/CVI.By means of testing and evaluation of the system,it is stable,reliable and provides an effective experimental tool to research the dynamic performance of high-speed cam gear.
