孟鲁斯特联合雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘疗效观察

【摘要】 目的观察孟鲁斯特联合雾化吸入对支气管哮喘的治疗效果。方法选择76例支气管哮喘住院患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各38例,采用组内和组间治疗前后疗效和肺功能比较。结果 2组治疗后肺功能FEV1、PEF均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联用孟鲁斯特组较对照组治疗后改善明显,2组临床疗效对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁斯特可作为支气管哮喘远期控制的一种长期用药临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Montelukast on bronchial asthma.Methods 76 patients with bronchial asthma were enrolled and divided into treatment group and control group randomly.To compare the pulmonary function tests and curative effect before treatment with those after treatment.Results The pulmonary function FEV1、PEF of those after treatment was higher than that of before treatment,The curative effect of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),Conclusion Montelukast is an effective and long-term method to bronchial asthma and worthy to clinical application.更多还原
