【摘要】 目的评价黄芪注射液联合盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。方法将80例小儿肺炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,均予西医常规治疗,观察组另予黄芪注射液联合盐酸氨溴索。结果观察组症状,体征消失均优于对照组,治疗率明显高于对照组。结论黄芪注射液静滴联合盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗小儿肺炎疗效明显,优于西医常规治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Astragalus injection combined with Ambroxol hydrochloride adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods eighty cases of Pediatric pneumonia patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,there were forty patients in each group,both of the two groups were given the western conventional treatment,while the observation group was also given the Astragalus injection combined with Ambroxol hydrochloride adjuvant treatment at the same time.Results The symptoms and signs disappearance in observation group were better than those of control group.the cure rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group.Conclusion The curative effect of Astragalus injection combined with Ambroxol hydrochloride in treating children with pneumonia was better than conventional therapy,and the efficacy更多还原
