【摘要】 目的观察热毒宁注射液治疗小儿咽结合膜热的临床疗效。方法将85例咽结合膜热患儿随机分成治疗组(45例)和对照组(40例),治疗组给予热毒宁注射液治疗,对照组给予炎琥宁粉针剂治疗,疗程均为3～5d,2组均给予常规液体疗法、对症治疗,观察2组疗效。结果治疗组发热持续时间、咽痛持续时间、眼结合膜充血持续时间均较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率(91.11%)明显高于对照组(72.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液治疗小儿咽结合膜热疗效满意,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe Reduning injection treatment of children with pharyngeal conjunctival fever of clinical efficacy.Methods 85 patients with pharyngeal conjunctival fever were randomly divided into treatment group(45 cases) and control group(40 cases),The treatment group were treated with Reduning injection,and the control group were treated with Yanhuning powder,The therapeutic courses both groups were 3～5 days,both groups were given conventional fluid therapy,symptomatic treatment,Effects were observed.Results The duration of fever,sore throat and duration,the duration of the eye conjunctival hyperemia shorter than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01),total effective rate in treatment group(91.11%) was significantly higher(72.5%),the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Reduning injection treatment of children with pharyngeal conjunctival fever results were satisfactory,safe and reliable.更多还原
