【摘要】 目的探讨肿瘤标志物在乳腺癌化疗前后的监测价值。方法采用化学发光法测定38例乳腺癌患者化疗前后的血清CEA和CAl25水平。结果血清CEA和CAl25的水平变化与乳腺癌患者化疗的临床疗效关系密切,疗效越好,其水平下降越明显,前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CEA和CAl25可较好地监测乳腺癌化疗疗效,两者联检将提高乳腺癌化疗的监测效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective to study the tumor markers in breast cancer chemotherapy before and after the monitoring value.Methods using chemiluminescence determination of 38 cases of breast cancer chemotherapy before and after the serum CEA and CAl25 level.Results the level of serum CEA and CAl25 changes with the clinical curative effect of breast cancer chemotherapy close relations,the better the results,the level of decline,the more obvious difference was statistically significant before and after(P<0.05);Conclusion the CEA and CAl25 can better monitoring breast cancer chemotherapy curative effect,both joint inspection will improve breast cancer chemotherapy monitoring results.更多还原
