【摘要】 目的探讨洛美沙星滴耳液治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院自2007年12月至2010年6月收治的196例急性化脓性中耳炎患者,随机分为2组,治疗组98例,采用洛美沙星滴耳液治疗,对照组98例,采用氧氟沙星滴耳剂治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率91.8%;对照组总有效率82.7%,治疗组总有效率明显大于对照组,有显著的统计学差异性(P<0.05);2组在局部用药过程中有38例(治疗组17例,对照组21例)发生耳刺痛、耳痒症状,全身用药有23例出现皮肤瘙痒、头晕、恶心、呕吐等症状,减少药物剂量后症状消失,所有患者均完成治疗,无一例出现严重不良反应和并发症。纯音测定显示,用药后无一例听力较用药前下降。结论洛美沙星滴耳剂可直接作用于病变部位,抗菌活性强,作用持久,具有高效、稳定、副作用小、安全等优点,是治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的有效药物,值得在临床中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objictive Ear Drops of lomefloxacin treatment of acute otitis media clinical effect.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from December 2007 to June 2010 196 patients admitted with acute otitis media were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group 98 cases,the use of ear drops lomefloxacin treatment,control group 98 casestreatment with ofloxacin otic solution,compare two treatment groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group 91.8%;control group,82.7% total efficiency,the efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,statistically significant difference(P<0.05);2 groups in the local administration in the process of 38 cases(treatment group,17 patients in the control group,21 cases) occurred ears tingling,itching of the ear symptoms,systemic medication,23 patients had skin itching,dizziness,nausea,vomiting and other symptoms,symptoms disappeared after dose reduction,all patients completed the treatment,with no serious adverse reactions and Complications.Pure tone tests showed that after treatment than before treatment no case hearing decline.Conclusion Lomefloxacin ear drops can be directly on the lesion site,antibacterial activity,and the role of durable,high efficiency,stability,side effects,safety,etc.,is the treatment of acute otitis media and effective drugs,it is worth in clinical application.更多还原
