【摘要】 目的探讨四维彩超在诊断胎儿畸形中的应用。方法对近3年来在本院使用四维彩超检查的2760例孕16～30周之间的孕妇进行胎儿产前诊断检查,检出各类异常胎儿39例,并经引产证实。结果脑积水6例,脑积水合并脊柱裂4例;无脑儿4例;全前脑5例;颈部水囊瘤2例;唇裂8例;四肢发育异常4例;内脏外翻3例;多系统复合畸形3例。结论四维彩超在孕期保健中,筛查胎儿畸形是安全、可靠、诊断符合率高的检查手段之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the application of four-dimensional color Doppler in the diagnosis of fetal malformation.Methods A total of 2760 cases pregnant women,who had been pregnant for 16 to 30 weeks and were checked by four-dimensional color Doppler of our hospital in recent 3 years,were made the prenatal diagnosis for the fetuses.The abnormal fetuses of 39 cases were detected and also had been confirmed by induced labor.Results The results are as follows:hydrocephalus of 6 cases;hydrocephalus combined spinal bifida of 4 cases;anencephalus of 4 cases;holoprosencephaly of 5 cases;hygroma colli of 2 cases;cleft lip of 8 cases;developmental anomaly in four limbs of 4 cases;ecstrophy of internal organs of 3 cases and combined deformities of 3 cases.Conclusion The fourdimensional color Doppler is one of the detection methods that are safe and reliable with high coincidence in the screening of fetal malformation for pregnancy health.更多还原
