【摘要】 目的 探讨机用镍钛锉根管预备一次性根管充填治疗恒前牙外伤性冠折的疗效。方法 选择因外伤致冠折的120例患者的200颗牙齿为研究对象。65例患者的100颗冠折牙为实验组,采用ProTaper机用镍钛锉根管预备,进行一次性根管充填;55例患者的100颗冠折牙为对照组采用ISO标准手用不锈钢K型锉进行常规根管治疗。分别记录2组根管预备所需时间,所有患牙分别均在充填治疗后1周和6个月复查,根据疗效评价标准,评价治疗效果。结果 实验组根管预备时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组1周内的临床反应无显著差异(P>0.05);实验组100颗牙齿99颗治疗成功,其治疗成功率为99%;对照组100颗牙齿中98颗治疗成功,其治疗成功率为98%,2组患牙治愈率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ProTaper机用镍钛锉根管预备一次性根管治疗外伤性恒前牙冠折,省时省力,临床疗效良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To clinically evaluate the curative effect of one-appointment root canal therapy with Ni-Ti rotary instruments for the crown fracture teeth caused by injury.Methods 100 teeth in test group which fractured in the crown by injury from 65 cases were treated with one-appointment root canal therapy with Ni-Ti rotary instruments,and 100 teeth from 55 cases taking routine treatment in control group.To observe the time of root canal preparing in each group and the Clinical effect 6 days and 6 months after root canal filling.Results The time of root canal preparing in the test group was less than that in the control group.The difference of the time of root canal preparing in two groups was significant(P<0.05);There’s no significant difference of the postoperative reaction a week after root canal filling between two groups(P>0.05);99 teeth in the test group all obtained the successful treatment,while in the comparison group there was two teeth failed,and 98 teeth left in this group obtained successful effect.There were no significant difference between two groups Through test 6months after root canal filling(P>0.05).Conclusion One-appointment root canal therapy with Ni-Ti rotary instruments has good clinical effect,and should be adopted in crown fracture of anterior teeth crown fracture.更多还原
