调脂通脉汤对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂、血液流变学的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨调脂通脉汤对动脉粥样硬化(AS)大鼠血脂、血液流变学的影响。方法:将60只雄性W istar大鼠随机分为5组:空白对照组、模型组、阳性对照药辛伐他汀组及调脂通脉汤高、低剂量组。采用腹腔注射维生素D加高脂喂饲的方法复制AS大鼠模型。灌胃给予辛伐他汀组及高、低剂量的调脂通脉汤,连续4周。实验结束时取血检测血脂及血液流变学相关的指标。结果:模型组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)明显高于空白对照组,而高密度脂蛋白(HDL)明显高于模型组,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);辛伐他汀组及调脂通脉汤高、低剂量组血清TC、TG、LDL均低于模型组,而HDL明显高于模型组,差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。血液流变学实验结果显示,模型组大鼠较正常对照组全血黏度(全血低切、全血高切)、血浆黏度、变形指数、红细胞比容均明显增高,血沉明显加快,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);辛伐他汀组及调脂通脉汤高、低剂量组较模型组全血黏度、血浆黏度、变形指数、红细胞比容均明显降低,血沉明显减慢,差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:调脂通脉汤能降低AS大鼠血脂水平,降低全血黏度和血浆黏度而发挥抗AS作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: to explore the effect of Tiaozhi Tongmai Tang(TTT) on the blood fat and haemorheology of AS rats.Methods: 60 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group,model group,positive Simvastatin group,high dose of TTT group and low dose group.AS model rats were made by intraperitoneal injection of vitamin D and high fat diet.TTT were given to Simvastatin,high and low dose groups by intragastric administration for 4 weeks,followed by detecting the indexes of blood fat and hemorheology.Results: TC,TG and LDL of model group were obviously higher than those of control group while HDL was lower with significant difference(P<0.01);TC,TG and LDL of Simvastatin,high and low dose groups were lower than those of control group while HDL was obviously lower with significant difference(P<0.05,P<0.01).Hemorheology experiment showed that,compared to control group,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,deformation index,RBC specific volume increased and blood sedimentation fastened obviously with significant difference(P<0.01);whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,deformation index,RBC specific volume of Simvastatin,high and low dose groups decreased and blood sedimentation sloweded obviously with significant difference(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: TTT can reduce the blood fat,whole blood and plasma viscosity of AS rats and has the function of resisting AS.
