【摘要】 目的:观察富硒灵芝对环磷酰胺抗肿瘤的增效减毒作用。方法:通过皮下注射S180的方法建立小鼠实体瘤模型,随机分为4组:模型对照组、环磷酰胺组、正常灵芝组和富硒灵芝组。环磷酰胺组给予环磷酰胺腹腔注射,正常灵芝组和富硒灵芝组在腹腔注射环磷酰胺同时,分别灌胃正常灵芝和富硒灵芝,模型对照组给予生理盐水,均为每天给药1次,连续10 d。末次给药24 h后,各组小鼠称取体重后,断头取血测定ALT和AST水平,并完整取出瘤组织、脾脏和胸腺称重,计算抑瘤率和器官指数。结果:富硒灵芝配伍环磷酰胺可提高抗肿瘤作用,并能提高免疫器官指数,保护肝脏免受损伤。结论:富硒灵芝可对环磷酰胺起到增效减毒作用,并能保护肝脏免受损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to observe the synergy and attenuation of Fuxi Lingzhi on cyclophosphamide.Methods models of solid tumor in mice,established through subcutaneous injection of S180,were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group,cyclophosphamide group,normal group and Fuxi Lingzhi group.Cyclophosphamide group were given intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide,normal group and Fuxi Lingzhi group did the same and were fed normal and Fuxi Lingzhi respectively in addition,the control group received normal saline daily for 10 days.24 hours after the last administration,the mice were weighed and decapitated,ALT and AST determined,the complete tumor,spleen and thymus removed and weighed,and inhibitory rate and organ index were calculated.Results: Fuxi Lingzhi combined with cyclophosphamide could enhance the anti-tumor effect,improve immune organ index and protect liver from damage.Conclusion: Fuxi Lingzhi has the action of synergy and attenuation,and can protect liver from damage.更多还原
