【摘要】 现阶段由于多方面原因,地方性高校体育教师的知识结构存在陈旧、单一、老化和封闭等问题,各种业务能力发展也不平衡。为此,文章采取文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对地方性高校体育教师的知识结构和各种能力水平进行了归纳和总结,同时根据实际情况,提出了一些针对性的建议。更多还原
