【摘要】 体育行业特有的职业技能培训和鉴定,是体育行业职业资格证书制度建设中的重要组成部分。体育行业职业资格证书可以说是学生毕业以后的上岗证,有利于我们在今后的择业中的拓展,同时也是我们在今后的应聘工作中的一项有利条件。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等研究方法对阜阳师范学院开展的体育行业特有职业技能培训的需求状况、开设状况、教学状况、师资状况及场地器材状况进行调研。根据调研结果,对存在的问题提出了改进的对策与建议。更多还原
