不同栽培方式对笋瓜(印度南瓜)果实中主要品质指标质量比的影响

【摘要】 以‘龙圆栗香’为试材,采用地爬式和架式两种种植方式,利用单干、双干和三干3种整枝方式,研究不同栽培方式对笋瓜果实中果胶、戊糖和铬(Cr3+)3种主要品质指标质量比的影响.结果表明:两种种植方式下三干整枝方式均不利于果实中果胶和戊糖的积累,地爬式栽培比架式栽培有利于果实中铬(Cr3+)的积累;地爬式栽培双干整枝处理下果实内果胶质量比最高.可采用架式单干整枝处理方式来提高单位面积笋瓜果实中果胶、铬(Cr3+)和戊糖的产量.

【Abstract】 Taking winter squash(Cucurbita maxima Duch.ex Lam.)’Longyuanlixiang’ as material,we adopted ground-climb culture and frame culture with three kinds of pruning methods(one branch,two branches and three branches) respectively to test the influence of different cultivate methods on pectin,chromium and pentose content in the pumpkin fruits.The treatment of three branches didn’t benefit accumulation of pectin and pentose under both kinds of culture methods.The treatment of ground-climb culture had more accumulation of chromium(Cr3+) than the treatment of frame culture.Pectin content of the pumpkin fruits under the treatment of two branches with ground-climb culture was the highest than the other treatments.The yields of pectin,chromium(Cr3+) and pentose of the winter squash fruits on unit area could be increased by the treatment of one branch with frame culture.
