【摘要】 在区分广义技术进步和狭义技术进步的基础上,利用1990-2008年的历史数据就人力资本、科技进步对浙江经济增长的贡献进行实证分析。结果表明,2000年以后人力资本对经济增长的贡献有所下降,科技进步对经济增长的贡献有所提高且趋于稳定。为了进一步廓清科技进步对浙江经济增长的作用,又利用浙江省2008年经济普查的截面数据考察了各项科技活动经费支出对行业新产品产出的影响,研究发现,除政府税收补贴外,各项科技活动经费支出均对新产品产出有显著影响,研发经费支出的作用尤为明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the distinction between the general technological advance and the special technological advance,both human capital and scientific and technological advance’s contributions to Zhejiang’s economic growth are empirically analyzed with the data collected from 1990-2008,which shows that the human capital’s contribution to the economic growth declined and on the contrary,the scientific and technological advance’s contribution to the economic growth increased and tended to go stable.In order to make clear about the role of scientific and technological advance on economic growth,some cross sectional data from Zhejiang 2008 economic census are used to examine the impact on the new industrial product output by various scientific and technological activity expenditures.It shows that,apart from the government tax subsidies,all the scientific and technological activity expenditures have a significant effect on the new industrial products output,especially the effect of research and development fund expenditure is rather significant.更多还原
