一种可能的操作箱无故障跳闸分析方法浅析
A Conceivable Methodological Analysis on Non-fault Tripping of Breakers
【摘要】 以往电力工程现场出现断路器无故障跳闸事故时保护设备一般没有异常报文发出,但近来发现发生类似事故时保护设备上送到后台大量的异常软报文。事故发生后,如果不能及时有针对性的分析和检查可能导致事故发生的因素和位置,一段时间后可能再也不能查找到导致事故发生的原因,故障也不能再重现。经分析发现,与以往类似事故不同,保护发出的软报文具备非常多的信息。结合操作箱的原理图,对保护发出的软报文信息进行了针对性地分析并进一步阐明其中的隐含信息,以便于让电力系统继电保护工能够掌握分析方法,举一反三,有目的地更好更快发现类似事故可能的因素和根源。
【Abstract】 The protection devices normally don’t send out emergency messages about non-fault tripping of breakers in the actual electric engineering field.But there are many unusual soft-messages sent to the supervision and control system,sent by the protection devices for the similar accidents happened recently.The causes and their locations of the accident can never be found if the analysis cannot be made pertinently and promptly,as for the accident will not happen again later.According to the analysis of the messages sent by the protection devices,the messages are with much information distinctively.According to the elements manual of the control box of breakers,the revelatory information of the messages of the protection devices is analyzed pointedly.It is wished that the relay-workers in the engineering field can grasp the analysis method based on the messages and find the causes of the faults and their locations quickly and pertinently.
