【摘要】 目的利用彩色多普勒超声成像技术,了解患者供、受区血管情况,为足趾移植拇指再造提供合适的手术方案,提高足趾移植再造拇指的成功率。方法术前采用彩色多普勒检测供区足背动脉、第一跖背动脉及趾蹼分支、大隐静脉、足背静脉及受区桡动脉、头静脉的走行、口径大小情况,是否损伤或变异。结果再造36例拇指顺利成活,术后随访3～6个月,对比既往未采用彩色多普勒检测病人,术后并发症减少。结论彩色多普勒成像技术用于足趾移植再造拇指术前检查,有利于优化手术方案,缩短手术时间,减少供足并发症,提高再造成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Using Color Doppler image formation technology to know the condition of the vascular systems of either in the donor or the recipient site,so as to provide suitable operation scheme before the toe-to-thumb reconstruction and to raise reconstruction survival rate.Methods Before the operation,colour Doppler was used to examine the conditions of donor site’s dorsalis pedis artery,the first dorsalis pedis artery and its branch,great saphenous vein and dorsum pedis vein,and the recipient site’s radial artery and cephalic vein’s courser the size of calibe;The donor site’s vein and the recipient site’s artery and vein should also be examined to determine if there was damage or variation,and homologous disposal should be done after the conditions were ascertained.Results All the 36 transplanted toes also survived,after the operation 3～6 month follow-ups were done,and it was found that the complications in the color Doppler group were less than those without checking with color Doppler before the operation.Conclusions Color Doppler is used before the toe-to-thumb reconstruction operation,which can optimize operation scheme,shorten the time of operation,decrease donor-foot complication and boost survival rate of reconstruction.更多还原
