高胆固醇饮食对家兔血清CETP和血脂水平的影响

【摘要】 目的研究胆固醇酯转移蛋白(CETP)与血浆脂蛋白代谢的关系及对动脉粥样硬化发生和发展的影响。方法将新西兰白免24只,随机分为正常饲料组和三高组,每组12只。正常饲料组喂普通饲料,三高组喂高胆固醇饲料12周。高胆固醇饲料由普通饲料+2%胆固醇配制。饲喂高胆固醇饲料的动物每天每只75 g高胆固醇饲料+75 g普通饲料,即每天每只动物1.5 g胆固醇。两组喂养12周,测定血清CETP活性及血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、甘油三酯(TG)的含量;苏丹Ⅳ染色显示主动脉病变面积。结果高胆固醇饲料喂饲后,动物血清CETP浓度升高,TC、LDLC、TG显著升高。结论 CETP活性与血浆脂蛋白水平密切相关,高胆固醇饮食导致脂类代谢异常和CETP浓度升高,增加动脉粥样硬化等心脑血管疾病风险。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between cholesteryl ester transfer protein(CETP) and lipoprotein metanolism and the development of atherosclerosis.Methods New Zealand white rabbits were fed with high cholesterol chow for 12 weeks,the activity of cholesteryl ester transfer protein and the levels of serum lipoprotein(TC,LDLC, HDLC,TG) were investigated.The areas of fatty streak of the aortas was measured after staining with SudanⅣ.Results The serum concentration of cholesteryl ester transfer protein was increased rapidly by feeding high cholesterol diet to rabbits, and the levels of plasma lipids(TC,LDLC,TG) were significantly increased.Conclusion The activity of cholesteryl ester transfer protein and the levels of serum lipoprotein is closely related.High cholesterol diet caused abnormal lipid metabolism and elevated concentration of CETP,increased the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis.
