【摘要】 目的探讨重度产后出血合并DIC的介入栓塞止血的临床价值。方法本组17例重度产后出血合并DIC患者均行急诊介入栓塞止血,采用超选择髂内动脉前干插管,造影明确诊断后以明胶海绵颗粒栓塞出血动脉。结果插管成功率100%,13(13/17)例栓塞后即刻止血,4(4/17)例逐渐止血,总有效率100%;无严重并发症。结论急诊介入栓塞止血是抢救重度产后出血合并DIC的理想方法,它不但能挽救产妇的生命,而且能保留产妇的子宫,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of interventional embolization in severe postpartum hermorrhage complicated with DIC.Methods 17 cases of postpartum hemorrage complicated with DIC were treated with urgent hemostatic embolization.After angiography super selective cathetrization was performed for bilaterd anterior division of interal iliac branch of uterine arteries and embolized with Gelfoam particles.Results Catheterization success rate was 100%,immediate block of hemorrhage took place in 13(13/17) cases and gradual hemostasis appeared in 4(4/17) cases,the efficacy rate was 100%.Conclusion Urgent arterial emboilzatiom is an ideal method for treating life-threating postpartum hemorrhage complicated with DIC.The procedure saves the maternal uterus and is also effective for postpartum DIC.更多还原
