【摘要】 目的探讨膝内侧滑膜皱襞综合征与内侧半月板破裂的鉴别诊断要点。方法回顾性分析2005年7月~2009年7月经关节镜手术确诊的单纯膝内侧滑膜皱襞综合征患者及单纯内侧半月板破裂患者各20例的临床资料。结果膝内侧滑膜皱襞综合征与内侧半月板破裂都表现为膝内侧疼痛,弹响,交锁,股四头肌萎缩等,但是两者在致病机理、症状、体征、影像学检查、治疗方法等方面均有不同。结论认识膝内侧滑膜皱襞综合征与内侧半月板破裂的致病机理,详细询问病史,认真查体,并结合临床表现及影像学检查仔细鉴别诊断,可提高诊断准确率,指导正确的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the differentiation of medial plica syndrome and medial meniscal tear.Methods A retrospective survey was performed in 20 cases of pure medial plica syndrome and 20 cases of pure medial meniscus tear diagnosed by arthroscopy.Results Medial knee pain,snap,interlocking and quadriceps atrophy could be seen both in patients of medial plica syndrome and medial meniscus tear.But there were differences in pathology,symptoms,physical signs,imaging and treatment.Conclusion Recognition of the pathology of medial plica syndrome and medial meniscus tear,detailed patient history,carefully physical examination,combined with the clinical manifestation and imaging can enhance the accuracy of diagnosis and the effect of treatment.更多还原
