【摘要】 目的总结DHS治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折60例体会。方法对60例股骨粗隆间骨折均在"C"型臂X线机引导下,闭合复位,动力髋螺钉内固定,并对其方法和疗效进行分析。结果所有病例术后随访骨折全部愈合,无髋内翻、切口感染、内固定失败、骨折不愈合等并发症发生。本组患者优41例,良16例,可1例,差2例,优良率95%。结论正确的围术期处理是合并内科疾病的老年性股骨粗隆间骨折手术治疗的安全保障,DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效可靠,是各型粗隆间骨折的理想固定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of DHS treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly 60 cases.Methods Totally 60 patients with intertrochanteric fractures were in the "C"-arm X-ray machine guidance,closed reduction,dynamic hip screw fixation,and its method and effect analysis.Results All patients were followed up for fractures healed without coxa vara,wound infection,fixation failure,nonunion and other complications.This group of patients excellent in 41 cases,good in 16 cases,fair 1 case and poor in 2 cases,good rate of 95%.Conclusions The correct perioperative handling is combined medical disease age-surgical treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of security,DHS fixation of intertrochanteric fractures and reliable,is the ideal type of intertrochanteric fracture fixation.更多还原
