【摘要】 目的探讨术前新辅助区域化疗联合放疗治疗进展期低位直肠癌的疗效。方法 2004年3月—2007年6月共对26例进展期低位直肠癌行术前新辅助区域化疗联合放疗。结果术后发生吻合口漏2例(7.69%),吻合口狭窄1例(3.85%),无手术死亡。结论术前区域化疗联合放疗是治疗低位直肠癌的一种有效治疗手段,可以提高手术切除率和保肛率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the results of preoperative neoadjuvant regional chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in treatment of advanced low rectal cancer.Methods From March,2004 to June,2007,26 patients with advanced low rectal cancer were treated with preoperative neoadjuvant regional chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy.Results Among 26 patients,there were 2 cases(7.69%)of anastomotic leakage,1 case(3.85%)of anastomotic stricture and none of death after surgery.Conclusions The way of preperative neoadjuvant regional chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy is an effective therapy on advanced low rectal cancer.It can raise the rate of resection and anus-saving operation.更多还原
