【摘要】 目的对比分析甲状腺显像"热"结节与甲状腺功能检测结果,探讨甲状腺"热"结节与甲状腺功能关系。方法收集2008年10月至2010年5月年诊断甲状腺结节且甲状腺显像呈现"热"结节的33例患者,记录"热"结节的数目、大小、对周围正常甲状腺显影的抑制情况等。收集患者的甲状腺功能检测结果。结果甲状腺显像"热"结节患者合并甲状腺功能亢进患者9例,亚临床甲功3例,甲状腺功能正常21例。结论甲状腺显像呈"热"结节表现是毒性结节性甲状腺肿(Plummer病)及毒性甲状腺腺瘤的病理过程。甲状腺"热"结节的大小对甲状腺功能判定有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the relation between thyroid hot nodule and thyroid function through comparative analysis of thyroid hot nodule and thyroid function test results.Methods From 2008 Oct to 2010 May,totally 33 patients with thyroid hot nodule were retrospectively interpreted,concentrating on the number and the maximum diameter of hot nodule,and suppressed uptake in the remainder of the gland.Collected thyroid function test results of all the patient.Results In all 33 patient with thyroid hot nodule,9 cases were hyperthyroidism,3 cases were subclinical hyperthyroidism,the other were normal.Conclusions Thyroid hot nodule is the process of toxic nodular goiter(Plummer′s disease) and toxic thyroid adenoma.The maximum diameter of hot nodule plays an important role in predicting the thyroid function.更多还原
