【摘要】 目的分别采用两种方法学考察2450例女性阴道分泌物中常规项目的发病率并对两种方法学进行Kappa一致性分析。方法采用阴道炎五联检试剂盒(联检试剂)对乳酸杆菌、白细胞、细菌性阴道病(BV)、念珠菌外阴阴道炎(VVC)和滴虫阴道炎(TV)进行诊断;另外白细胞采用湿片镜检进行对比诊断,乳酸杆菌和BV采用染色镜检进行对比诊断,VVC和TV分别采用培养的方法进行对比诊断。结果阴道炎五联检试剂盒和确认方法诊断的乳酸杆菌、白细胞、BV、TV、VVC发病率分别为71.14%,70.16%;40.24%,39.18%;17.18%,16.98%;4.12%,3.79%;25.59%,26.86%;两种方法学诊断乳酸杆菌、白细胞、BV、TV、VVC的Kappa系数分别为0.833、0.938、0.940、0.871、0.735。结论妇科联检干化学方法和确认方法对乳酸杆菌、白细胞、BV、TV、VVC发病率的诊断无明显差异,两种方法呈高度一致性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Two methodologies were used to test the morbidity rates of 2450 cases vaginal secretion general examination and we analyzed the agreement of two metholdlogies with Kappa value.Methods We used vaginitis dignostic kit to exam vaginal secretions by 5 items including lactobacillus,leukocyte,bacterial vaginitis(BV),candidal vulvovaginitis(VVC),trichomonal vaginitis(TV).We compared leukocyte results with wet mount microscopic slide examination,lactobacillus and BV results with staining microscopic examination,VVC and TV results with culture method.Results The morbidity rates on lactobacillus、leukocyte,BV,TV and VVC examinated by vaginitis dignostic kit and other routine examination methods were: 71.14%,70.16%;40.24%,39.18%;17.18%,16.98%;4.12%,3.79%;25.59%,26.86%;The Kappa value of two methodlogies on lactobacillus,leukocyte,BV,TV,VVC were 0.833,0.938,0.940,0.871,0.735 respectively.Conclusions Compared with routine examination methods,the vaginitis dignostic kit tests on lactobacillus,leukocyte,BV,TV,VVC have no significant difference,the Kappa value shows that the two methodogies have high consistency.更多还原
