【摘要】 目的探讨无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的应用疗效。方法将55例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的患者随机分为两组,对照组27例给予常规治疗,治疗组28例在常规治疗基础上,同时给予口鼻(面)罩双水平气道正压(BiPAP)通气治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后患者的意识、呼吸、pH、心率、氧分压(PaO2)和二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)。结果 55例患者治疗后临床症状有不同程度缓解,同组间治疗前后比较及两组间治疗后PH值、PaO2、PaCO2比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创正压通气治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭临床疗效确切,能明显改善患者的呼吸功能,纠正低氧血症及二氧化碳潴留。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure.Methods Totally 55 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with type Ⅱ respiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups,control group of 27 patients received conventional therapy,the treatment group,28 patients in conventional therapy,while giving the nose and mouth(facial) mask bi-level positive airway pressure(BiPAP) ventilation,before and after treatment were observed in patients with consciousness,breathing,pH,heart rate,oxygen partial pressure(PaO2) and carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2).Results Totally 55 patients with clinical symptoms after treatment with varying degrees of ease,the same group before and after treatment and after treatment between the two groups pH value,PaO2,PaCO2 were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in treatment of COPD with respiratory failure type Ⅱhave the exact effect,can significantly improve the patient’s respiratory function and correct hypoxemia and carbon dioxide retention.更多还原
