【摘要】 目的探讨大肠腔内引流对大肠癌术后吻合口瘘的预防效果。方法回顾分析2000年1月至2010年12月间的大肠癌根治性切除腹腔内肠吻合159例(其中机械吻合76例)的资料。159例病例随机分成两组。甲组(治疗组)行大肠腔内引流96例,乙组(对照组)。未行大肠腔内引流63例。结果 159例吻合口瘘共发生8例(5.03%),其中甲组2例(2.08%),乙组6例(9.52%),经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 159例病例随机分成两组。甲组(治疗组)行大肠腔内引流96例,乙组(对照组)大肠癌术中放置大肠腔内引流管能降低吻合口瘘的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the prevention of anastomotic leakage by colorectal drainages for postoperative colorectal cancers.Methods One hundred Fivty-nine patients undergoing radical operation for colorectal cancer from January 2000 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into 2 groups randomly:group A recevied colorectal drainage(96cases),yet group B undone(63 cases).Results Two case was found the anastomotic leakage in group A,and six cases in group B.There is significant difference between two group.Conclusions The colorectal drainage can reduce the occurrence rates of the anastomotic leakage in radical operationfor colorectal cancer.更多还原
