【摘要】 目的观察小切口手法碎核在硬核白内障囊外摘出术中的临床效果。方法对80例(80眼)硬核白内障行小切口手法碎核。结果术后1天矫正视力0.3以上41眼(51.25%),术后1周矫正视力0.3以上65眼(81.25%)。术后1月矫正视力0.3以上71眼(88.75%),术中主要并发症为后囊膜破裂,术后为角膜内皮水肿。结论切口手法碎核硬核白内障囊外摘出术是一种经济、有效、安全、简便的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of small incision hard nucleus cataract extraction with a manual nucleus division.Methods Small incision hard nucleus cataract extraction with a manual nucleus division were performed on 80 eyes of 80 patients with hard nucleus cataract.Results On the 1st postoperative day,the corrected vision of 0.3 or better 41 eyes(51.25%);After 1 week,the corrected vision of 0.3 or better 65 eyes(81.25%);After 1 month,the corrected vision of 0.3 or better 71 eyes(88.75%).The rupure of posterior capsule was main operative complication,postoperation was corneal endothelial opacity.Conclusions The small incision hard nucleus cataract extraction with a manual nucleus division is an economic,effective,safe,simple technique.更多还原
